Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

The cost of shipment is dependent upon the size of your order and the urgency of delivery.

Standard Shipment is included in the item cost

via USPS First Class Mail/ UPS ground or Fed Ex

Express Shipment: (1-2 business days): cost will be displayed based on weight and location

via UPS/Fed Ex or USPS overnight

* All shipments costs and estimated delivery times are within the continental United States. Please call or email customer service for information on all other costs and delivery times.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email customerservice@baymotorproducts.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded.

  1. We strive to make returns easy.  In the event that you need to return a motor, Bay Motor Products will do so with a 20% restocking fee + a $10.00 shipping/handling fee from the original shipping.
  2.  Any Replacement Dayton Blower - return, will do so with a $ 35.00 shipping/handling fee + the 20 % restocking fee.
  3. If you need to return the motor due to our error, or to a problem with the motor itself; we will not charge you a restocking fee.

  4. Motors and parts including fans must be in "100% new" condition.

  5. They must not have been used or installed.

  6. Motors that had power applied to them may not be returned. Motors that have been modified may not be returned.

 7. Bay Motor Products, Inc. must be notified within 30 days after you have received the motor(s) for a return request. After 30 days of receipt, we will not accept returns.
