Shipping:
The cost of shipment is dependent upon the size of your order and the urgency of delivery.
Standard Shipment is included in the item cost
via USPS First Class Mail/ UPS ground or Fed Ex
Express Shipment: (1-2 business days): cost will be displayed based on weight and location
via UPS/Fed Ex or USPS overnight

Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email customerservice@baymotorproducts.com and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded.
If you need to return the motor due to our error, or to a problem with the motor itself; we will not charge you a restocking fee.
7. Bay Motor Products, Inc. must be notified within 30 days after you have received the motor(s) for a return request. After 30 days of receipt, we will not accept returns.
