(General information and ordering of parts)

B.B.S. used to manufacture a Ventrola bath fan. Bay Motor Products, Inc. does not manufacture bath vents or any Ventrola units but does have replacement motors for the 305A & C, 307A & C. 

Prior to ordering, confirm motor part number, which is listed on the label with the electrical information. The label is located on the winding/bobbin.

The 305A & C use the motor #5A140-1 (also replaces the 5A141-1).

The 307A & C use the motor #5A141-1.

• Model 3836, C305A-1, 50 CFM fan with aluminum grill, uses the 5A140-1, 3 sones.
   
• C305C-1, 50 CFM fan with plastic grill, uses the 5A140-1, 4 sones.
   
• Model 3836-2, C307A-2, 70/80CFM fan with aluminum grill, uses the 5A141-1, 5 sones.
   
• C307C-2, 70/80 CFM fan with plastic grill, uses the 5A141-1, 6 sones.
   
• F305C, vent and light (lens X790), 80 CFM fan with plastic grill (14D114-3), metal reflector (41C110-1), uses the 5A141-1.
